Dance Centre Wage

Individual dance artists can apply for a working wage period  from the regional centre for their own artistic work. The work must be carried out within the operating area of the Regional Dance Centre of Ostrobothnia. The applicant commits to sharing their work with local professionals and/or audiences, for example through workshops or work-in-progress/performances at agreed times.

The application must be personal.

The Regional Dance Centre of Ostrobothnia typically grants support for up to one month of employment per artist, and salary support is not awarded to the same applicant in two consecutive years. The centre follows the collective agreement for the theatre sector.

The centre’s producer resources are also available to artists working under the wage period.
