Do you know Agnes from August Strindberg’s A Dream Play? What if we were to see her today, in our everyday lives? She comes to life as a child, a daughter, and even a grandmother in Maria Påhls’ one-hour personal and physical monologue.
Originally from Vörå, Maria Påhls created this play at Strindberg’s Theatre in Stockholm in 2021. Through Agnes’s story, we are reminded of the fragile and beautiful moment we are given to grow in this world once more.
