Description

The Regional Dance Centre of Ostrobothnia, in collaboration with the Ostrobothnian Children’s Culture Network BARK, offers a free invited performance for kindergartens in the Vaasa area at the Vaasa City Library’s Drama Hall on 7 December 2022.

Tunne Tunne! is a performance for children focusing on the theme of emotions — how to recognise, accept, and let go of different feelings.

Children live in an overstimulated world full of sensory input. This concert invites them to slow down, quiet their minds, and open their senses to different emotions and thoughts. The music flows seamlessly from one style to another, just like emotions — from classical to folk-inspired genres and ambient soundscapes. The movement language centres on embodying emotional experiences and conveying feelings to the audience by engaging their kinesthetic empathy.

Recommended age: suitable for all ages.
